Misty Clardy, Chief Executive Officer

 

Misty Clardy leads the company's operations with responsibility for businesses throughout San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. She also oversees the company's ongoing expansion efforts into emerging markets. 

​

In her previous role with Native Energy & Technology, Inc. she served as the Senior Business Development/Program Manager. Clardy was responsible for the company's increasing development and expansion efforts into high-growth, emerging markets both domestically and internationally as well as its advanced consumer security company.

Before Joining Native in September 2010, Clardy serviced as Executive Assistant and Facility Security Officer for P3S Corporation, where she was instrumental in handling the unique human resource and contract compliance issues facing contractors in multi-state environment. Experience in background investigations and security clearances for over 400 employees.

Entrepreneurial and driven Chief Executive Officer, holds 10+ years of leading industry expertise in founding numerous companies in the federal contracting and custodial services. Mrs. Clardy has extensive experience in management, finance, and communication. Mrs. Clardy has participated in the contract negations , strategic planning, execution, transition- in, and deliverable development and submittal of numerous federal, state and local contracts. Mrs. Clardy possesses a diverse experience of working with established contractors as well as start-ups. Experienced with federal contracting requirements and all regulatory and compliance issues affecting federal contracts.
